SHIPPING

 Force5 equipment offers shipping service to Canada, the United States and Europe via Purolator, Canada Post or fedex. The cost of shipping is automatically calculated when you place an order. Make sure the details in the "delivery address" are accurate. If the system is unable to calculate shipping costs for your order, please do not hesitate to contact us by email.

For Canadian resident you will receive your order within 8-10 business days from the date of payment.

For the United States resident you will receive your order within 10-15 business days from the date of payment. (For US resident custum fees may apply)

 For the Europen resident you will receive your order within 12-20 business days from the date of payment. (custum fees may apply)

RETURN POLICY 

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it within 7 days of delivery to obtain full refund (except for transport costs) or an exchange. DEFECTIVE GOODS
